In the initial phase, the company primarily researched and manufactured basic titanium materials such as titanium plates and titanium tubes. By adhering to strict raw material selection standards and precise rolling processes, the products quickly gained recognition from customers in the chemical and metallurgical industries. We established a standardized titanium material production workshop and cultivated the first core technical team, accumulating valuable production experience and customer resources for subsequent technological upgrades.

Driven by accelerating industrial upgrades, we saw rising demand for deep-processed titanium products. Market research identified Titanium Anodes—titanium with a specialized coating—as a high-value product, offering superior corrosion resistance and electrolytic performance for water treatment and chlor-alkali industries. We decisively began a strategic shift, forming a dedicated R&D team and investing heavily in a coating laboratory. The focus was on mastering core technologies, including titanium substrate pre-treatment and precious metal oxide coating formulation, officially transitioning from basic titanium materials to the advanced field of titanium anodes.

After five years of dedicated R&D, we successfully mastered the key technology for Ruthenium-Iridium (Ru-Ir) coating preparation, solving industry challenges like poor adhesion and short lifespan. Our developed chlorine-evolving and oxygen-evolving titanium anodes demonstrated over 5 times better anti-corrosion performance and 15%-20% lower electrolysis energy consumption compared to traditional electrodes. The stable product performance secured partnerships with three major domestic water treatment equipment manufacturers, successfully breaking into the titanium anode market and officially establishing the company as a specialized titanium anode service provider.

We established a market strategy centered on water treatment, customizing specialized titanium anode products for industrial wastewater and drinking water disinfection. In one key electroplating wastewater treatment project, our anodes boosted degradation efficiency to over 95%, achieving high customer satisfaction.
